Carson Palmer keeper league owners got a bit of good news today. According to ESPN’s James Walker, Palmer’s elbow is 100% and pain-free. “I’m 100 percent,” Palmer said. “I’ve been cleared. My elbow feels great and I just have to keep going and get the small mechanical things that I normally do this time of year.” Palmer could be one of the better fantasy values in 2009 if fantasy footballers are scared off because of his injury and the departure of T.J. Houshmandzadeh. Palmer remains one of the most talented QBs in the league, and the acquisition of Laveranues Coles should help his cause. Now if he can just get Chad Ocho Cinco to show up to offseason workouts.
