Fantasy Basketball Box Score Breakouts

Here’s a look at some fantasy basketball players that blew up the box score last night.
Dahntay Jones, Indiana Pacers
The high amount of turnovers bother me.
Earl Watson, Indian Pacers
25 minutes, 20 points, 7-8 FG, 3-4 FT, 3 three-pointers, 1 rebound, 1 assist, 2 turnovers
You know what you’re gonna get from Watson, and it’s not enough unless T.J. Ford goes down.
Marreese Speights, Philadelphia 76ers
26 minutes, 26 points, 10-11 FG, 6-8 FT, 5 rebounds, 2 steals, 1 block, 1 turnover
Outstanding production, but is not likely to shoot quite that well. Worth considering though.
Shelden Williams, Boston Celtics
22 minutes, 12 points, 2-3 FG, 8 -11 FT, 9 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 steal, 1 block, 2 turnovers
The Celtics blew out the Bobcats, which led to this line. Fluke factor very high here.
Danilo Gallinari, New York Knicks
28 minutes, 22 points, 7-14 FG, 1-2 FT, 7 three-pointers, 6 rebounds, 1 steal
Certainly worth adding if he’s going to hit the 3-ball like that.
Terrence Williams, New Jersey Nets
31 minutes, 15 points, 6-14 FG, 3-3 FT, 10 rebounds, 1 assist, 5 turnovers
Impressive performance in NBA debut. Turnover total a little troubling.
Damien Wilkins, Minnesota Timberwolves
Nice line, but I’m afraid consistency will be an issue for the Wolves this year.
DeJuan Blair, San Antonio Spurs
23 minutes, 14 points, 7-10 FG, 0-1 FT, 11 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 turnovers
If he keeps playing like this, he’ll be getting 30 minutes a night in no time.
Omri Casspi, Sacramento Kings
19 minutes, 15 points, 7-9 FG, 1-2 FT, 3 rebounds, 1 steal, 1 block, 1 turnover
Was efficient, but needs to contribute in other areas.
Nenad Krstic, Oklahoma City Thunder
30 minutes, 20 points, 6-10 FG, 8-11 FT, 7 rebounds, 1 block, 3 turnovers
Very impressive performance. Should be flying off the waiver wire today.
Rasual Butler, Los Angeles Clippers
32 minutes, 19 points, 7-10 FG, 2-3 FT, 3 three-pointers, 1 rebound, 4 assists, 1 turnover
Butler bounced back from a tough start, but the encouraging sign is the number of minutes he played–29 in the opener, 32 last night. He’s worth monitoring while Griffin is out.
Ty Lawson, Denver Nuggets
26 minutes, 17 points, 7-13 FG, 3-3 FT, 4 rebounds, 6 assists, 1 steal, 1 turnover
Impressive start for the Rookie.
